This new version of the SS 9900 builds on it's popular design with increased power output, noise reduction technology, programmable mic button, and TX bandwidth settings.

The SS 9900v boasts 80 Watts (PEP) on AM/SSB, and 50 Watts FM, where the original version had 60 watts AM/SSB and 50 Watts FM.

The built in noise reduction function works on both receive and transmit to clean up any static or interference.

The radio can be supplied either as a standard 10m radio (28.000MHz - 29.7000MHZ) or expanded to cover 11m (CB bands including UK FM) as well.
