Refurbished, Mail Order Returns & B-Grade Stock

On this page we list a selection of "new" items that can not be sold as new and so are offered at a reduced price.

Many of these items will be one-offs, so please check with us if it is still available before ordering.

Mail Order Returns - these are items that have been returned within 14 days by our mail-order customers. We can no longer sell them as new because the packaging has been opened (or missing). They are otherwise brand new and sold with a full guarantee.

Refurbished Stock - these are items that have been returned under guarantee. They have been repaired (or may not even have been faulty), are fully tested and guaranteed (usually for 6 months). They may show some signs of use, but are mostly like new.

B-Grade Stock - these are "seconds" for some reason. Sometimes it is mail order returns that are slightly damaged, or just new stock that has arrived with minor damage (eg box crushed/ripped).
