A basic 5/8 wave base antenna with small ground planes (only about 1ft). A copy of the original Hygain silver rod.
In reality I think the ground planes are too small to really make any difference.
Made of tubular aluminium, supplied with U-bolts for mounting on a standard size pole. Very easy to swr.
