Based on the TCB-880, this new model has 2 major improvements - it is dual voltage (operates on 12v or 24v) and has tti's new "Dynamic Squelch System".

A good quality low loss coax with a transparent red outer cover.

This is good quality Italian coax, and is the same quality as the red double screened BUT this version only has the standard braid shielding in it (ie not the extra foil).

Better quality than the normal black RG213, BUT at present we have it on offer CHEAPER than the standard black version!

The outer sleeving is a clear red rather than the usual black.  This also allows you to see whether there is any water damage to the coax.

Ideal for use with homebase antennas and for any long runs of cable.

Considering the thickness of the cable (9mm) it is still relatively flexible.

A compact handsfree system which can be supplied wired to fit most makes of CB.  Note this is not voice operated, you need to press the PTT (press to talk, press again to stop).

Control box (as shown in picture) is very simple, with a PTT button on it and a "time out" selector. It hangs on a standard mic clip for easy mounting anywhere.

The microphone is a compact electret mic, which is designed to be mounted as close to the user as possible. It is supplied with approx 3.5m of cable.

A good quality voltage dropper for reducing the 24V supply in a truck down to 12V for powering radios etc.

This model is designed to be wired permanently in the vehicle and hidden away in the dash, with no further maintenance/adjustment required. However if required a cig lighter plug/socket could be fitted.

These are a "standard" old-style voltage dropper - not one of new cheaper "switch-mode" type which are renowned for causing interference to radios (CB & Amateur especially).

A stylish amplified microphone with echo effect.

The amount of echo can be varied using the slider on the front of the mic, from too much when set to maximum to none when on minimum (at which point it just acts as a power mic).

Twin presets in the rear allow you to adjust the output level (volume) and the echo delay. Being able to adjust the delay enables you to get the optimum sound from the echo.

The latest model from tti, this is one of the smallest radios available, yet still offers a wide range of features. It is "multi-standard" so as well as covering all legal UK channels you can also use it in other EU countries by simply selecting a different "country code" (it will work on AM & FM in countries which permit this).

The front of the radio is the same size as the Midland 38 & 98 (meaning it will fit in a DIN adapter if required) but the radio is shorter (only 135mm) so it may fit in locations where the Midlands are too deep.

The radio has a good size display and large easy to use controls - which is what you want from a mobile radio!

The microphone does not have channel change buttons on it (unlike it's larger brothers) but uses a standard 4 pin plug.

An adapter to allow you to connect your walkman CD to your car (or house) radio/cassette.
