uring the past year we have seen increases in postage charges from both the Royal Mail and City Link, so with the introduction of our 2005 price list it was time to decide how much of this increase we had to pass onto our customers.
The good news is that we have decided to absorb the entire increase and have kept our postage charges for 2005 the same as last year!
Last year we removed the £5.50 postage option for standard delivery for CB's, instead all CB's (and similar more expensive items) are sent either by carrier or by Special Delivery (if light enough). This ensures that not only do you receive it as quickly as possible but it can also be fully traced from despatch to delivery.
Carrier delivery will remain at only £7.95, however large your order!  You can order a full setup including radio, antenna, mount, coax and power supply and still only pay £7.95 for delivery!
For most UK addresses carrier delivery is next working day (although some remote areas take an extra day). Saturday delivery is not really an option because this costs around £25!
Our minimum postage charge remains at £1.50, which is much less than many other suppliers we deal with. Plus if you really only want to order a 10p connector, you can! We have no minimum order. Please remember that this £1.50 postage charge is intended to not only cover the cost of the stamp(s)) but maybe a jiffy bag, our time in processing and packing your order and the charge that we have to pay every time a credit or debit card is processed.
