ooking outside the sun is shining, it's not raining, and I've got my shorts on - so Summer must be over!!  Yes, this summer I think we've seen almost every kind of weather except snow and sun.
This year has flown by so quick, and it has now come to the time of year when you should be checking your base antenna over, ready for those long dark nights ahead. You really do not want to be having to climb on top of your roof in the middle of winter to repair your antenna, so check out all those connectors and fixings now.
Unfortunately with our sale and then staff holidays this newsletter has ended up being a couple of weeks later than planned, but hopefully you will be reading this by mid September. It still amazes me that we have reached issue 57, which must mean it's about 14 years since the first one, and there's still something to tell you about (although it does get harder every time).
The next issue should be out at the start of December, and I hope to have some special Christmas offers to include. It will also take us into the 22nd year of legal CB in the UK!
