Our Opinion:
We have found this set to work very well.
It has just about every feature on it you could ask for
from a base station, let alone a hand-held !!
As with their mobile set, Maycom seem to have put much
thought into the design of the hand held, such simple
things as it not going back to channel 9 every time you
turn the set off and the multi-feature scanning make this
a set that is a pleasure to use.
Even the instruction manual is written in proper English
and is much more detailed than those supplied with other
sets.
A nice set at a very reasonable price compared to similar
models, both 80 and 40 channel
